Reference

Everyone is challenged with something at some point or other, whether it is a personal, physical or mental challenge. For example, some people find it challenging to deal with certain kinds of personal relationships, some with finishing an athletic race, or others with solving a complex problem.

However, not everyone knows how to deal with such challenges in a positive way. Many people are scared of challenges.When they are faced with such a dilemma, they might ignore it, run from it, or try to get someone else to deal with it for them.

Others embrace challenges. Instead of running from them, they run after them, knowing that what doesn't kill them, makes them stronger. This is what I believe everyone should do. Pham Van translation
